The aftercare of your piercing is extremely important to prevent infection, rejection and scarring. Please carefully follow the instruction given to on the day of your piercing and continue to do so until healing is complete.
Always wash your hands thoroughly before touching your new piercing. Gently cleanse the area with sterile saline solution and dry thoroughly twice a day, preferably after washing or bathing. Avoid any perfumed substance coming in to contact with the area (shower gels, deodorants, perfumes, etc.).
With oral piercings (including lip piercings), gently rinse your mouth with alcohol free mouthwash after eating, drinking and smoking. We highly recommend avoiding smoking during the healing period of you oral piercing.
Please avoid touching your piercing other than to clean to prevent irritation or infection. Always make sure to tighten the balls on your jewellery after each clean, as repeated cleaning can loosen them over time and can result in them falling off.
Irritation bumps can appear around the piercing site. Following the cleaning instructions given will help these bumps from developing. Unfortunately, some people are more prone to these than others and despite taking all the necessary care steps they can still develop. Please speak to our piercer if you have any concerns.
The healing time can differ from person to person and the type of piercing. Some piercings heal much quicker than others, as do some people. We recommend following and performing the cleaning instructions and not changing the jewellery for the recommended amount of time for your particular piercing ____ months/weeks.

jazz hollyMy sister and I decided on a spontaneous piercing day and we were glad we did! Adele made us feel so welcome along with other staff. I brought my son in and they were more than welcoming to him. I had my septum pierced and I cant express how impressed I am with it, Adele really took her time to make sure I was feeling okay and that the clamp was in the correct place. Bethany MilneDecided to go here for the 2 for £30 piercings, staff were very welcoming and the piercer was very attentive- she made sure I liked the placements and was okay through each step, offered me some water and asked if I wanted a break in between. Really good experience. Lots of options for jewellery and overall just a clean and sterile environment. In and out, didn’t take long at all. Would absolutely go again. Went back for a septum and nostril piercing, Adele was my piercer and she was lovely. Nostril was really easy and quick. Initially the septum was a little bit crooked because of my cartilage cracking the wrong way and Adele was quick to fix the issue, she didn’t want me to leave with a piercing that wasn’t up to her standards, so we pierced it again and it’s perfect. No issues what-so-ever and I’d definitely go back to get another piercing with Adele.

The studio is beautiful. the staff are professional but kind. prices reasonable. Will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future and maybe a tattoo if I can finally decide on a design 😆.

xorahh yI went here to have my lower helix pierced and it was great. lovely vibe and lovely people. i was pierced by adele who did a great job, helped me with her opinions and gave me some advice for my nose piercing which was a bit inflamed. the experience was so great i decided to go a second time with my friend and mum who wanted to get some piercings as well. they both loved theirs and it was lovely. the people are so friendly and didnt mind we were there for so long. i will definitely come back here when i want a new piercing.

Yetti HillJynx is easily the friendliest, most down to earth and honest studio I've been in. Everyone there is just awesome and nothing is too big or too small. I've had a few tattoo sessions there now and have more booked in. There is a great range of specialties between the artists and Freddie will always make sure you get the artist that suits what you want best. Freddie and his wife have done an amazing job with Jynx, creating a welcoming, friendly and relaxed atmosphere that is shared between the customers and the artists. Jynx will always be my go to studio now, genuinely couldn't ask for more!
