Due to the personal nature of body piercing, all services are final and non-refundable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewellery is non-refundable. However, if the item is defective, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund. Please notify us immediately if you believe your jewellery is faulty.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice. This covers the time lost that could have been allocated to another client.
If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we will offer a refund or transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
If, upon assessment, we determine that your anatomy is unsuitable for the requested piercing (e.g., navel or industrial piercings), we will provide a full refund.
